To meet your needs, our agents throughout Ontario are available virtually by contacting your local World Wide Travel One centre directly by phone / email, or through our toll-free number at 1-800-263-2482. Clients can also contact us virtually through our Customer Care email at customercare@worldwidetravelone.com
Clients can also attend our travel centres for in-person services ensuring compliance with the current Province of Ontario Reopening Plan and occupancy requirements. Clients must also:
- Be fully vaccinated and confirm via verbal attestation
- Self screen verifying no symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by local public health
- Wear a mask
- Use the sanitization station upon entering
- Maintain 2 m of physical distancing and sit behind the plexiglass

Clients who have an existing travel credit to apply to a future trip are required to contact one of our travel agents directly to apply your credit to your new booking. Our agents will be pleased to assist you as you plan your next trip.
