Online Ticket Purchase Options
Upon completion of your online travel purchase, you will receive an email from us within 48 hours of your purchase confirming your ticket delivery options.
Airline Ticket Purchase

Effective, January 1, 2008
All major global airlines will be required to issue electronic airline tickets for airline travel requiring no paper ticket delivery.
Electronic Tickets
Currently, most airlines provide customers with electronic airline tickets and these types of airline tickets require no paper ticket delivery. You will receive an email confirming your airline ticket purchase and an electronic ticket receipt that you can print out and use for reference purposes at airport check in counters.
Paper Tickets
Should you purchase travel on an airline that requires a traditional paper ticket to be issued for travel, then we will be required to send your airline ticket via courier and the charge will be applied to your credit card automatically.
Car Rental and Hotel Reservations
You will receive an email confirming your car rental and/or hotel reservation and the applicable electronic confirmation.
You will not be required to have any ticket delivered to you.
All Inclusive Packages or Cruise Holidays

Effective: March 1, 2007
All major tour companies and cruise companies have now moved to the electronic travel tickets and confirmations for their products.
Electronic Confirmations
You will receive an email from us confirming your travel reservation, with the applicable electronic confirmations for your specific all inclusive resort or cruise holiday vacation package.
Simply follow the instructions on these to check in for airline, car and hotel reservations.
Traditional Paper Confirmation
We still have some destinations that require tour and cruise companies to issue the traditional paper travel tickets and confirmations.
You will receive an email from us confirming your travel reservations, with the applicable ticket delivery choices.
Option One (No Charge)
Retail Travel Office Locations – Individual Pick Up
You may pick up your traditional tickets at any one of our retail travel offices in Northern and Southern Ontario.
Please indicate to us the office you wish to have your tickets available for pick up.
Option Two (No Charge)
We can arrange for your tickets to be available at the airport on your day of departure, no more than three hours (3) prior to your departure time.
You simply pick up your tickets at the specific tour company with applicable photo identification.
Option Three (Charge Applies)
We can send your travel tickets and confirmations using either UPS or FEDEX courier service at your cost:

Canada Post Notice:
Please note that we do not offer delivery of tickets via Canada Post because of the opportunity for mis directed mail service , lost mail or late delivery of mail service.
